Protective Benefits of Multiple Identity Activation on Identitythreat

Extensive work illustrates how singular identity activation protects the self in the face of stereotype threat; less is known about the protective benefits of multiple identity activation. The current study examines whether making multiple identities salient buffers the individual against threat, as well as how identity overlap moderates this effect.
