Partners in Crime: Psychology and Business Departments Working to Bridge the Scientist-Practitioner Gap

As scientist- practitioners, I/O Psychologists should be knowledgeable in research and practice. A critical area is individual assessment and the delivery of feedback to successfully impact behavior. This poster will describe a joint effort between Psychology and the Business school to coordinate the development of both Psychology and Business students.
