Abstract
This is the first study to demonstrate that individual differences in environmental sensitivity are more domain-specific than domain-general, by showing that in early adolescence, susceptibility to parental influences and susceptibility to social influences are not related, and are differentially moderating the effects of parental and best friends’ support on neuroticism.
