Increasing Help-Seeking Among People with Depressive Symptomatology Through Self-Distancing and Positive Emotions.

This symposium presents three sets of experimental investigations, guided by scholarship on self-distancing and positive emotion, which attempt to increase help-seeking intentions among people with depression.
