The Cultural Shaping of Social-Health Processes Across Diverse Contexts
Culture shapes models of self-other connections that affect health and well-being. This symposium addresses cultural influences on relationship-health processes using diverse samples (African American, Latinx Americans, Euro American, Chinese, first generation college students). These studies employ multi-methods to provide new insights about the intersection of culture, relationship science, and health.
