Behavioral and Neurobiological Associations of Implicit and Explicit Motives
Individual differences in the strength of the needs for achievement, power, and affiliation exert an important impact on people’s physiological processes, experience, and behavior. Five presentations showcase novel findings from motive research and specify the conditions under which implicit and explicit motives unfold their effects on (neuro)biological and behavioral outcomes.
