A Multidimensional Analysis of Stress, Anxiety, and Attention
Stress and anxiety are essential mental components which comprise the brain’s extensive network. Anxiety can affect a wide-range of demographics with varying implications. This research has identified a correlation between stress and anxiety, low self-esteem, athletic injury, illness, impulsive-decision making, and the ability to retain memories.
