Prospection and Psychopathology: Advances in Basic Research and Transdiagnostic Intervention

Friday, May 24, 2019 · Washington, DC

Oral · Clinical Science

We present the results of four studies on prospection and psychopathology, illustrating both the manifestation of biased future thinking in depression and novel transdiagnostic interventions, such as cognitive bias modification, designed to shift these biases across disorders. Speakers will emphasize challenges in measurement and the development of effective, scalable interventions.
