Abstract

The present study examines mood’s effect on mind wandering by employing the Velten technique (1968) to induce positive, negative, or neutral moods. Participants also completed a choice reaction time (CRT) task where they were randomly asked what they were thinking about throughout in order to assess mind wandering.
