Abstract

We present an Agent Based Model of the 3Ns theory of radicalization (Kruglanski et al. 2014). The theory proposes that traumatic events make people susceptible to radical ideologies that offer a path to regain significance. Results suggests that these elements are sufficient to generate community wide radicalization.
