Abstract

Revealing hidden pathways and practices when transitioning to college is important for supporting under-represented students. This project examined changes in measures of “growth” defined as resilience, social support, emotion regulation, and creativity, across students’ first semester in the Access Allegheny program (designed to support students from “at-risk” populations).
