Abstract
We examined the relationship of the susceptible follower types from the toxic triangle leadership
framework to individualism and collectivism orientations. Predicted relationships were found for
lost souls, bystanders, acolytes, authoritarians, and opportunists with social structure orientations
(horizontal collectivist, horizontal individualist, vertical collectivist, vertical individualist).
