Mental Health Literacy and Help-Seeking in College Students

The current study examines the relationship between mental health literacy (MHL) and help-seeking attitudes in a sample of college undergraduates. Results indicate a significant positive correlation between these variables, with psychology major students scoring higher on both measures, and male students scoring significantly lower on both MHL and help-seeking assessments.
