American Cultural Connection Associated with Higher Risk of Suicide, Depression, and Anxiety in Justice Involved Youth

This study seeks to identify factors associated with adolescent suicidal thoughts and behavior among youth who are involved in the juvenile justice system. Results from youth (N=111) support strength of cultural connection as a potentially important clinical consideration for suicide and depression intervention.
