Prevent Communication Error By Talk-Back and Confirmation-Talk

Communication errors in a railway systems are a serious threat to safety. While “talk-back,” and “confirmation-talk” are well known measure to prevent communication error, the effect of them have not been confirmed. Author conducted an experiment and found that both measure can reduce communication error rate by half.
