The Effect of Healthy Behavior in Adolescence on Adjustment in Young Adulthood

Abstract
The present study utilized the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health (ADD Health) public-use data set to investigate the relationship between healthy behavior in adolescence and adjustment in young adulthood moderated by socioeconomic status and gender. Results indicate that engagement healthy behavior in adolescence produces better adjustment in young adulthood.
