Openness Has Its Limits: Structural Drivers of Productivity, Collaboration, and Performance

118 ostensible ‘employees’ interacted virtually with either an open, hybrid, or closed environment (openness variable). They then competed within an ultimatum game as their focal ‘task’ and communicated their perceptions of pleasantness, productivity, investment, collaboration, and performance. Results and implications are discussed.
