Culture, Suppression, and Depression: Considering the Context of Emotion Regulation

We performed a mediated moderation analysis on a dataset that involved two separated adult samples recruited from America and China. Participants provided measures of suppression frequency, suppression ability, and depression. Suppression ability mediates the relationship between suppression frequency and depression only in Chinese samples.
