Abstract

The present study examines the unique associations between generalized anxiety and depression symptoms with attentional bias and disengagement metrics when viewing valenced faces. Results revealed an association between depression and faster disengagement from happy faces, as well as a trend association between generalized anxiety and slower disengagement from disgusted faces.
