Contextual Stressors and Adjustment of Undocumented University Students

Self-report, survey data from 207 undocumented university students found two stressors (i.e., ethnic discrimination, family financial stress) and four protective factors (i.e., ability to manage stress, self-efficacy, family cohesion, family hardiness) were significantly related to three mental health indicators (i.e., anxiety, depression, life quality) in the expected directions.
