Abstract

Our goal was to compare sleep behaviors of US Army Soldiers to civilians. We conducted a post-hoc comparison of sleep between a soldier population versus a healthy civilian population. In line with our expectation, our findings demonstrate that soldiers, in general, get less sleep than healthy civilians.
