Abstract

Though research often investigates family contexts that can lead to negative outcomes, adolescent outcomes are influenced by both family and community contexts. This study aimed to understand the relationships between neighborhood environments and adolescent externalizing behaviors and investigate interactions between neighborhood collective efficacy and parent-child relationships to predict adolescent outcomes.
