Abstract
This study proposes that if during a mammogram, a stressful medical procedure for breast cancer screening, depictions of nature are displayed and a choice is given between different scenes, patients will report less resulting anxiety and stress, show decreases in measures of physical stress, and have more effective mammography sessions.
