Levels of Rejection Sensitivity and Field Independence Predict Relationship Satisfaction

We examined the influence of rejection sensitivity and field independence within a couple on relationship stability and relationship satisfaction. The results indicated that both high rejection sensitivity and expressed discrepancies in field independence levels within the couple were predictive of lower levels of satisfaction and higher levels of relationship instability.
