Guided-Inquiry Learning for an Undergraduate Behavioral Science Statistics Course

Abstract

Students in a guided-inquiry psychology statistics course were assessed for increases in scientific epistemology, self-efficacy, and increased mastery of statistical concepts. The findings of this research support the idea of allowing students to implement their own research ideas and questions in the research process.
