High-Impact Practices in an Hsi: An Exploratory Investigation

Abstract

In an attempt to understand high-impact practices (HIPs) in a Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI), an institution-wide survey was implemented. The university has approximately 30,000 students with 93% of students being Hispanic. The purpose of the study is to report this current study; discuss significant findings; and discuss practical implications.
