Abstract

639,120 theoretically possible Unique Pattern Sequences(UPS) characterized PTSD’s DSM-5 diagnostic heterogeneity and contrasted with actual UPS variability in real-world samples. Similar diagnostic data sources yielded discrepant UPS distributions. Longitudinal PTSD assessment showed stable UPS patterns, in contrast with pre-post trauma treatment measurement showing changed and restricted ranges of UPS distributions.
