Abstract

We asked participants equipped with the Oculus Rift to traverse a virtual T-intersections maze - equivalent to a sequence of binary decisions - while following auditory or visual cues. We used a beta-binomial model to model their choices. Results shows that participants come with a prior belief favoring auditory stimuli.
