Abstract
The Unified Protocol (UP) is a CBT that transcends diagnostic boundaries. This is the first meta-analyses of UP RCT and quasi-experimental trials. Analyses produced a moderate mean effect sizes for the reduction of anxiety and depressive symptoms. These findings support its promise as a transdiagnostic treatment.
