Abstract

Younger and older adults (OA) were taught interactive imagery for learning word pairs and then completed associative and item recognition tests. RTs were longer for OAs and associative recognition. There were no differences between age group or test type for accuracy. EEG data exhibited significant main effects of recognition condition.
