Abstract

This study examined the relations between perceived stress, anxiety, academic resilience, and cognitive emotion regulation in 184 college students. Results indicated that college students who used adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies showed less perceived stress, less anxiety, and greater academic resilience.
