Abstract

Daily gratitude practice has demonstrated widely varied benefits (Emmons and McCullough, 2003). Here gratitude is examined relative to non-gratitude across single session vs week practice to examine effects on cognition. A significant relationship between a daily gratitude practice and improved performance on a cognitive task was found.
