Abstract

Lacking social support can result in a number of negative outcomes for developing youth. These outcomes are especially relevant in vulnerable populations such as youth in the Child Welfare System. A three-way interaction between actual and perceived kin support and relationship satisfaction significantly predicted internalizing symptoms (Adj. R2=.022, p=.029).
