Abstract

Research has shown that employee self-identified achievement has a positive relationship with achievement, confidence and job satisfaction (Herzberg 1968 & Crisci 2018). However, most studies do not acknowledge the effect that employee self-identified achievement has on their administrator. This study looks to analyze the relationship between these two variables.
