Abstract

Working memory (WM) is an area of weakness in boys with 47,XXY, and hormonal replacement therapy (HRT) was investigated as potential remediation in this study. The Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children was used to measure WM in 111 boys with 47,XXY. Untreated boys had weaker WM than the HRT-treated boys.
