Abstract

Multiple factors within the work environment can influence an employee’s level of job satisfaction. A teacher’s perception of themselves, and their peers' perceptions, can contribute to their feelings about their job. This study examines the relationship between efficacy to create a positive school climate, fun, and job satisfaction.
