Abstract

This study examined whether 104 college students’ self-reports of sleep satisfaction, sleep duration, and stress is enhancing mindsets were inversely related to their anxiety. Both sleep satisfaction and stress mindsets were unique predictors of anxiety cross-sectionally, and sleep satisfaction predicted decreased anxiety one month later after controlling for initial anxiety.
