Abstract

Psychological health is influenced by physiology. This study examines parental BMI, children’s amount of sleep and body fat. Results indicate a negative relationship between parents’ BMI category and a child’s amount of sleep and body fat. Results also indicate a negative relationship between child’s amount of sleep and body fat.
