Abstract
This study examined the correlation between self-reported burnout and specific types of self-care among 84 higher education faculty members. Participated reported lower burnout than average; significant positive correlations were found among burnout and all types of self-care (physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual). Further inquiry and replication are encouraged.
