Abstract

47,XXY presents with behavioral and attention problems, but hormonal replacement therapy (HRT) may have restorative effects on these issues. 91 boys with 47,XXY were evaluated utilizing the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL). Untreated boys presented with significantly more clinical incidences of executive dysfunction when compared to HRT-treated boys.
