Abstract
This translational study investigated how intranasal zinc intervention is affected by an interaction of repetitive mild traumatic brain injury (rmTBI) and chronic variable stress. Morris water maze and circadian rhythm testing indicated that zinc had a therapeutic effect on behavioral deficits associated with rmTBI, but stress altered the drug efficacy.
