Accounting for the Uncertainty of Nuisance Parameter in Power and Sample Size Calculation

Power and sample size are commonly calculated using effect size and some nuisance parameters. To improve the estimation accuracy, we construct the confidence intervals (CIs) of power or sample size from the CI of nuisance parameter. Simulation studies were conducted to compare different methods in constructing the CIs.
