The Relationship between Age and Turnover Intention: The Mediation Role of Work-Family Conflict and Perceived Family-Supportive Culture

Abstract
This study examined the relationship between age and turnover intention and mediating role of work-family conflict and perceived family-supportive culture. The results showed that older workers had lower turnover intention and the relationship was completely mediated by work-family conflict and perceived family-supportive culture.
