Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the extent to which the presence lifetime stressful events (military/deployment-related and family/social-related) are risk factors for suicide among US Army Soldiers as reported by third parties. The data are from the Army Study to Assess Risk and Resilience in Servicemembers (Army STARRS**).
