Abstract
The current study examines resilience resources (optimism, mastery, and positive affect) and associations with depressive and anxiety symptoms in women during pregnancy through one-year postpartum. Results indicated that higher levels of resilience resources were associated with fewer depressive and anxiety symptoms throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
