18 Hours Sleep Deprivation Affects Reaction Time but Not Interference in a Stroop Task

Abstract

Research aimed to investigate the effects of 18 hours sleep deprivation on cognitive performance. 156 participants were assessed using Stroop task. Results revealed that sleep deprivation increased reaction time but did nor affect interference.
