Abstract

The study investigated the role of warning against misinformation and minimally leading questions in reducing susceptibility. Participants exposed to mild suggestive cues were more immune to suggestive influence, however it also led to a decreased effectiveness of warning. The results provide a basis for constructing methods reducing erroneous witness’ testimonies.
