Abstract

We examined the mediating role of symbolic and realistic threat in the relationship between system justification (the motive to justify the legitimacy and fairness of various systems associated with gender and economic inequalities) and attitudes toward #MeToo and immigrants. We also examined how media exposure was related to these attitudes.
