Difference in Perception of Internalized and Externalized Symptoms between Children with Tourette Syndrome and Their Mothers.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify the difference in perception of symptoms, between mothers and children with Tourette's syndrome. The results show that mothers rate the internalized and externalized symptoms more severely than the child, while the tics are perceived at the same intensity by both.
