What Can Parents Tell Us? - Reliability of the Adverse Childhood Experiences Questionnaire Adapted for Caregivers

Trauma reporting of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) is generally retrospective, self-reported, and years removed from childhood traumas. This study examines the test-retest reliability of an ACE questionnaire adapted for caregivers considering their children’s current life experiences. Results indicate this novel design maintains stability in repeated administration.
